• The report does not constitute professional advice or guarantee actual reliability outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the report.

3. Payments and Refunds

The Service includes paid features, such as generating car reliability reports.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

All purchases are final. Refunds are only granted at our discretion in the event of technical errors (for example, if your report fails to generate).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
