WIBD provides AI-generated vehicle reliability reports based on information you provide about a vehicle. Our reports include:

• Reliability assessments and scores
• Common issues and maintenance recommendations
• Ownership cost projections
• Vehicle statistics and comparisons
• Inspection checklists and buying recommendations

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and are based on publicly available information, historical data, and statistical analysis. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional automotive advice, mechanical inspection, or warranty of any kind.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account to access additional features such as saving and managing your reports. You may also use our service without creating an account, but you will not be able to save or access reports later.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Each vehicle reliability report costs €5.00 (or equivalent in other supported currencies). Prices are displayed before payment and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before you complete a purchase.

We automatically detect your approximate location (based on your IP address and browser settings) to set your default currency preference. This helps us display prices in your local currency (EUR, GBP, or USD). You can change your currency preference at any time using the currency selector in the footer. We do not store your precise location data, and location detection is performed locally in your browser.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.

We do not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds may be available if a report fails to generate or if you are dissatisfied with the service, subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy.

5. Report Generation and Delivery

5.1 Report Creation

To create a report, you must provide accurate information about the vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Year, make, model, and trim level
• Mileage and vehicle specifications
• Any additional details you choose to provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Reports are generated based solely on the information you submit.

5.2 Generation Process

After payment is confirmed, your report will be generated using AI technology. Generation typically takes 30-60 seconds but may take longer during peak times or for complex requests.

You will be notified when your report is ready. If generation fails, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined in our refund policy.

5.3 Report Access

Once generated, reports are accessible through your account (if you have one) or via the unique report link provided. Reports remain accessible unless you delete them or your account is terminated.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to reports that violate these Terms or contain inappropriate content.

5.4 Report Sharing

You may share reports with others using the share functionality. When you share a report, anyone with the share link can view it. You are responsible for how shared reports are used. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from sharing reports.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of data, is the property of WIBD or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without our express written permission.

6.2 Generated Reports

Reports generated for you are provided for your personal use. You own the data you input, but the generated report content, structure, and format remain our intellectual property.

You may use reports for personal purposes, including sharing them with others. However, you may not:

• Resell or commercially distribute reports without our permission
• Modify reports in a way that misrepresents our service
• Use reports to create competing services

6.3 User Content

By submitting information to create a report, you grant us a license to use that information to generate and deliver your report. You retain ownership of your input data but grant us the right to process it as necessary to provide our service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

Our service and reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Any defects will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 Not Professional Advice

Reports are generated using AI and are based on statistical analysis and publicly available information. They do not constitute:

• Professional automotive advice
• Mechanical inspection or diagnosis
• Warranty or guarantee of vehicle condition
• Legal, financial, or investment advice

You should always consult with qualified professionals before making vehicle purchase decisions. We recommend conducting a professional inspection of any vehicle before purchase.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIBD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Vehicle purchase decisions made based on reports
• Costs of substitute services
• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use our service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

7.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• To infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• To use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• To collect or harvest information about other users
• To create reports for vehicles that do not exist or with false information for fraudulent purposes

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the service, and may subject you to legal action.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WIBD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or information you provide

10. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update features, functionality, or content
• Impose limits on usage or access

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete your account through your account settings, which will remove your profile and restrict access to your reports.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
